Communiqué from the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Vasakronan
The Annual General Meeting of Vasakronan was held on 5 May 2026 in Stockholm. All of the Meeting’s resolutions were taken unanimously.
Resolution on the adoption of the financial statements and the proposed appropriation of profits
The Meeting adopted the income statement and the balance sheet for the Parent Company as well as the consolidated income statement and the consolidated balance sheet for the 2025 financial year.
The Meeting also resolved to appropriate the profit for the year in accordance with the Board’s proposal in the 2025 Annual Report.
Discharge from liability
The members of the Board and the CEO were discharged from liability for their administration during the 2025 financial year.
Election of members of the Board and auditors
Tomas Eriksson was elected as the new Chairman of the Board. At the same time, Ann-Louise Lökholm Klasson was elected as a new Board member.
Tomas Eriksson has extensive experience from the construction and property sectors, and has held various leadership roles, including as CEO of Länsförsäkringar Jämtland and as Development and Property Manager of Skistar. In addition, Tomas has extensive experience from various board assignments, including, as Chairman of the Board of Lansa Fastigheter, Länsförsäkringar Jämtland and Humlegården Fastigheter AB. Tomas Eriksson was elected to Vasakronan’s Board on 16 January 2026. He now succeeds Ulrika Francke as Chairman, who has declined re-election.
Ann-Louise Lökholm Klasson has held a number of leadership roles at the Sweco Group, including, as Integration General, and as Managing Director for Building Services Consultants and Architectural Services. She comes most recently from her position as President of Sweco Sweden and has an extensive track record encompassing various board assignments, including, as a Board member of Castellum, the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, Bemsiq and Knowit. Ann-Louise Lökholm Klasson succeeds Hannes Hasselrot, who stepped down from the Board in October 2024 to take up the role of CEO of AB Nordiska Kompaniet.
Eva Halvarsson (CEO Second National Pension Fund), Staffan Hansen (CEO Third National Pension Fund) and Niklas Ekvall (CEO Fourth National Pension Fund) were re-elected to the Board. Björn Garat, Magnus Meyer and Kia Orback Pettersson (all of whom are independent in relation to the owners, the company and company management) were also re-elected.
KPMG AB was elected as auditor, with Johanna Hagström Jerkeryd as Auditor-in-Charge.
