Open Spot – a smarter pop-up store

Open Spot, our pop-up concept, allows you to strengthen your brand, raise brand awareness and move closer to your customers – easily and risk-free, without complex contract terms and conditions or long contract lengths.

Take a step into the real world

To break through the digital noise and communicate in a way that really stands out, these days you need to think beyond search engine optimisation and algorithms.

Take the next step in your journey of growth with Open Spot, our modern pop-up concept, to strengthen your brand, raise brand awareness and move closer to your customers. Simple and risk-free, without complex contract terms and conditions or long contract lengths.

We’ll help you test physical presence in an increasingly digital world – and where many people are turning to the analogue, the real.

Open Spot is a pop-up concept that offers hard-to-beat store locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Uppsala. It’s time to take a step into the real world and try physical retail.

Regardless of who you are

Our Open Spot stores are suited for established businesses as well as newcomers to the market. For well-known brands who want to launch a new collection as well as unknowns who want to test the market, meet customers or be seen in a new city.

All-inclusive

Opening a store should be easy. That’s why the rent includes everything at the premises, without hidden or additional charges. The rent is a fixed amount paid in advance and you decide for how long, from two weeks to up to three months.

Simple contract terms and conditions

Negotiating a rental contract can be a jungle, especially if you’re only going to be there for a few weeks. That is why we have an easy process, with simple, all-inclusive contracts that you can sign digitally. No complex terms and conditions or lengthy contracts.

How Open Spot works

Open Spot is a store concept that offers fully designed and furnished pop-up stores at a fixed price at the absolute best locations in Malmö, Gothenburg, Uppsala and Stockholm. It’s a new communication channel that allows you to reach a greater number of the right customers, without having to fight the digital noise.
It’s where brands grow, products are launched, people are met and experiences are created. Moreover, since the premises are already furnished and ready to go, you can open the doors to your store in just one day.

With Open Spot you can:

  • Expand your sales
  • Strengthen your brand among new as well as existing customers
  • Launch new products
  • Test new markets and be visible to a whole new audience

Open Spot provides you with the best preconditions in terms of footfall, location, atmosphere, lively neighbourhoods and dialogue. This is where brands and customers meet – in reality – and where relationships are created and strengthened.
