Fully furnished (Smart & klart)

The solution is smart but simple – rent a designed office that’s already furnished. We also help add the office services you need for the best possible workday.

In addition to the stylish design and furnishings, our offices are also based on sustainable solutions: high quality materials, deliberate reuse, ergonomic and aesthetic furnishings, smart energy solutions and Good Environmental Choice-labelled electricity. And, most sustainable of all, our Smart & Klart offices can be used again and again.

They’re an office solution that we think you will want to use for a long time, but with conditions that make it easy to move as your needs change.

Ready-made

Ready-made premises have the basics ready and can accept new tenants right away. Meeting rooms, kitchenettes, bathrooms, locks, alarms and data networks are already in place. The floor plan is well thought-out and well tested. You only need to think about moving your own furniture.

Supplement everything with a service package as a simple solution, for example cleaning, coffee machines and coffee, water machines, fruit baskets, entrance rugs, plant care and copiers/scanners.

Ready-made premises have many advantages, but the quick occupancy and contract flexibility is usually what customers appreciate the most.

We work with you to develop a unique solution customised to your needs and the preconditions of the premises. This includes room structure, design and functions that are optimal for your operations.

Through a clear, well-tested process, we go through five important conversations to dialogue about the degree of resource sharing, mobility and activity in the workplace, the type of expression and the degree of trust that you want for your workplace.
