Arena: for those who need a new workplace, an additional workplace or just a different workplace. Arena is available in attractive locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Uppsala. It represents our collective office expertise in what we believe is a unique workplace solution.

It’s a simple formula. Sign a membership and receive access to designer, functional workplaces to the exact extent that you need them. Each Arena offers flexible workplaces, lounges for breaks and meetings, the option of your own office and meeting rooms as needed.

Become a member and combine services as needed

Arena is simple. You sign a membership for access to designer, functional and flexible workplaces, lounges for breaks and meetings, breakfast, great coffee, quick and secure internet connections, day lockers and printers. Combine several services as you need them, such as a private office or meeting room. You can easily increase or decrease the number of workplaces on a monthly basis.

Where Arena is – more locations on the way

Today Arena Sergel is available in the middle of Stockholm City and at Arena Skrapan in Södermalm. In Uppsala, we opened Arena at Magasin X, right next to the travel centre. In Gothenburg, we offer Arena Nordstan, Arena Platinan and Arena Läppstiftet. In Malmö, we opened the doors to Arena Triangeln. There is demand for Arena’s workplace solution and we are continuously planning and opening new ones.

Arena – what you need, when you need it

Member app

All Arena members have access to an app that allows them to easily rent meeting or office rooms, order lunch for a meeting and to provide access to visitors and new members. It also provides all information related to Arena and answers to the most common questions.

Full service

You should be able to focus on your work at Arena. That’s why we offer a range of services, such as catering, event support and a concierge service. Our Arena hosts are there to take care of members and visitors.

Flexible membership

You choose the membership that best suits you – right now. How many flexible workplaces you need and how many Arenas. You can also choose to add a private office or meeting room whenever you want. The contract length is only one month.
