Flexibility is central and we offer a palette of office solutions that meet varied customer needs. In addition, we maintain close dialogue with customers and can assist with valueadding services, such as advice on workplace strategy, office services, waste management and bicycle servicing.

  • Customised
    Customised offices based entirely on the customer’s business and requests are built and adapted according to a customer’s needs and the premises’ preconditions. In partnership with the customer, we invest time and resources to achieve a long-term sustainable solution.
  • Ready-made
    Demand for ready-made offices is increasing. The premises are complete, with a predetermined floor plan and much already in place. The customer only needs to bring furniture and other furnishings. Everything else is finished. Ready-made premises decrease the time until occupancy and come with contractually agreed flexibility.
  • Fully furnished
    All of the functions, furniture and furnishings are in place in a Smart & Klart fully furnished office. Customers can move in and out on very short notice. Suitable for companies in an expansion phase or companies that need to establish themselves right away in a new neighbourhood.
  • Co-working
    Arena is Vasakronan’s own co-working concept, where we offer workplaces, offices and meeting rooms. It works as a smart complement when an existing office is inadequate, and offers flexibility when customers need to reduce or expand their operations, for example. Full service and a leading-edge work environment.

Retail, restaurants, culture and experiences are important components for creating attractive city centres where people thrive and want to be. We believe in a mix of businesses at the street level, where new establishments are side by side with well-known ones, and large and small businesses have the right conditions for meeting their customers.

Vasakronan’s retail premises are located in attractive areas and shopping centres. Our work is based on well-conceived street and neighbourhood strategies and offers a wide variety of flexible solutions. Independently and together with other contributors, we develop spaces, locations and streets, and explore new concepts.

  • Customised
    The customer decides over most things, such as floor plans, flooring, lighting and installations. The premises are built and adapted according to a customer’s needs and the premises’ preconditions. In partnership with the customer, we invest time and resources to achieve a long-term sustainable solution.
  • Ready-made
    There’s increasing demand for ready-made stores that are essentially fully equipped to start trading. All the customer needs to provide is their own concept and furnishings. Ready-made stores provide lease-term flexibility and enable a customer’s quick establishment.
  • Pop-up stores in prime locations
    Open Spot is our concept for designed and furnished pop-up stores in prime locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Uppsala. The premises contain everything from shelf systems, furnishings, lighting and digital screens to easily adaptable basic furniture. Open Spot can be rented from two weeks up to three months.
  • Restaurant and coffee shop premises
    Restaurant and coffee shop premises have specific requirements, both from the authorities and based on their operations. Our premises are designed to meet them all.
